In medicine, selecting the appropriate surgical gauze for wound care plays an extremely important role in wound treatment and patient pain reduction. Today, a wide variety of gauze products serve different purposes, such as needle-free sponges, abdominal surgical sponges, non-woven surgical sponges, plain gauze, drainage gauze, and ball gauze. Among these, drainage gauze is a vital component in surgical procedures, surgical drainage, and the evacuation of pus and bodily fluids.

Currently, the manufacturing process for drainage gauze in most production companies relies primarily on manual methods, which significantly reduces productivity and product quality. Furthermore, manual folding and rolling make it difficult to consistently meet safety and hygiene standards. Driven by these practical challenges, we have designed and manufactured an "Automatic Drainage Gauze Folding and Rolling Machine."
