To overcome these obstacles, many manufacturers have introduced solutions that are now widely known as automated queue ticketing systems. Also referred to as automatic ticket issuance systems, auto-numbering systems, or queue number systems, these solutions are ideal for ticket offices, public service centers, railway stations, airports, bus terminals, schools, hospitals, banks, and government agencies. Equipping an automated queueing system demonstrates your company's service professionalism, increases operational efficiency, reduces administrative costs, and delivers essential customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, it enables managers to easily evaluate service quality and employee performance. Currently, numerous domestic and international companies provide queue ticketing systems, such as Viet Digital Solution Company (407/15 Quang Trung Street, Ward 10, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City) and Davisoft Company (24-26 9A Street, Trung Son Residential Area, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City).

However, a remaining issue with existing solutions is that system devices are interconnected via wired RS485 or Ethernet network lines. This creates implementation hurdles, requiring wall drilling, counter modifications, or altering existing structures at the installation site, which compromises aesthetics and disrupts customer operations during installation.

Prior to adopting a wireless queue ticketing system, organizations and companies managed customer waiting lines using manual paper-based methods or wired queueing systems. These traditional approaches incurred high costs, wasted time organizing customer turns, and involved cumbersome system maintenance, ultimately negatively impacting organizational business and operational efficiency.

Furthermore, in cases where organizations employ electronic queueing systems connected by wiring and independent hardware, they face high investment costs as well as difficulties in installation and subsequent system maintenance.

Recognizing these challenges, and alongside the rapid advancements in technology and electronics, we propose a solution to research, design, and manufacture a wireless electronic queue ticketing system operating via radio frequency (RF) over the license-free 433 MHz band. This approach addresses existing drawbacks, reduces investment and management costs, and improves operational efficiency for implementing organizations.
